Studley Park Boathouse

A fresh identity for a heritage Melbourne site

Studley Park Boathouse was established in 1863 and still operates today as the oldest boathouse on the Yarra River. In the redevelopment of this heritage site and nearly a year in the making, the identity celebrates iconic row boat rides within the brandmark and elements of nostalgia in its fresh green pinstripe – a nod to the English elm trees that adorn the property. Opting for a typeface by Melburnian Dennis Grauel, the wordmark has been crafted to celebrate the old-new nature of this much-loved site.
